Customer Service is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.(U.S.-Central Time) via a toll-free number to current SST customers.
Customers can also reach the Service Department via the contact page. After hours you may leave a voice mail message by calling 405-377-5334. Your call will be returned during normal business hours.
Each year SST issues upgrades to its desktop software for increased efficiencies, new formats,
and added functionality.
This upgrade program is offered through subscription on a calendar year basis. The following
fees cover unlimited technical support and subsequent upgrades to the software during the
calendar year.
SSToolbox Family Licensing:
The annual fee for SSToolbox, SSToolboxLite, and SSToolkit software is pro-rated at the time of sale for the remaining months and then invoiced in full each December thereafter. This program provides users with unlimited technical support via SST's toll-free number as well as all updates and upgrades to the purchased software.
SST Summit Professional Licensing:
Includes one license of SST Summit Professional & three licenses of SST Stratus. Each additional license of SST Stratus in excess of three is $100 each. Please call SST at 888-377-5334 for more pricing information.
SST Summit Licensing:
Includes one license of SST Summit & one license of SST Stratus. Each additional license of SST Stratus in excess of one is $100 each. The annual fee is included for the first year and will be billed on the purchase anniversary date thereafter. The annual fee is $300 plus $100 per copy of SST Stratus in excess of one.
