Universal Sirrus is Now Available‚Äč

With the release of Version 4.0, Sirrus is a universal iOS app. That means one app for both iPhone and iPad. Current Sirrus versions take advantage of the newest iOS features. When the new version was released an update available notification is displayed on your iPad or your app will update automatically depending on your settings. iPhone users are directed to uninstall their current Sirrus for iPhone app and download/install the new universal Sirrus app.

As a result of this new version, we will no longer be supporting iPads that are not able to update to iOS 11. For users who run Sirrus on one of these older devices, we recommend upgrading to a newer phone or tablet – and the NEW UNIVERSAL SIRRUS currently available in the app store. The older devices suffer significant performance declines due to the processing power required to run the advanced features and functions of apps that have been designed to be compatible with newer operating systems.

Sirrus has dropped support for the following devices:

  • iPad 2 (2nd Generation)
